Does Midwest Metal Fabrication offer any special secondary services?

We offer a variety of secondary services. Besides our primary press brake or brake forming, roll forming, plate bending, welding, cutting and other precision, but heavy gauge, metal fabrication services, we offer a selection of secondary services to our fabricated metal component customers including:

• Warehousing finished components or parts,
• Ship fromstock programs
• Order tracking
• Expediting
• Prototyping
• Painting

Does Midwest Metal Fabrication offer technical or engineering assistance to help end-users with problems?

We certainly do. Midwest Metal Fabrication is staffed with both engineering personnel and individuals with decades of engineering and design experience. If you have a problem, give us a call at 219-932-5200 and we will be glad to help solve it.

Midwest Metal Fabrication’s engineers and design staff coupled with our technical support personnel will gladly assist you to solve your unique heavy gauge metal fabricated component or part design problems and then provide the needed heavy gauge metal fabrication services required.

If secondary services are required to complete a contract manufacturing or custom metal fabricating job that Midwest Metal Fabrication cannot provide, will you source and contract for these services?

Absolutely. Midwest Metal Fabrication will source and contract for most common and some not so common secondary services if agreed to with the OEM or end-user customers prior to undertaking the custom metal fabricating assignment. Our goal is to provide turnkey service to our OEM and end-user customers!

Do you offer assembly services?

Absolutely. We will assemble heavy gauge fabricated parts and components we produce or will assemble those shipped to us by our customers.

We offer mechanical fastening services, insertion services, and inspection and testing to ensure the assembled items meet specifications.
