Dip tank painting
Dip tank painting involves a tank filled with the paint to be applied into which components, suspended from hooks on an overhead conveyor, are briefly submerged. Submerging the workpiece into the dip tank filled with the specified paint results in the part being entirely coated with a layer of the paint. Parts are then left on the conveyor hooks to air dry. Air temperature and humidity are controlled. To view details about our paint curing services, select one of the links below:
Dip tank painting overviewMidwest Metal Fabrication ’s customers often required that their parts be thoroughly painted. To accomplish this we submerge the parts in a dip tank. Parts can then be oven dried or air dried dependent on the finish cure specified. Available coatingsMidwest Metal Fabrication’s paints and coatings available to our customers are all water based.
