Assembly

Midwest Metal Fabrication provides assembly services for parts or components we fabricate or have delivered to us including mechanical fastening, insertion, and final inspection and testing, providing a single, comprehensive, source for both heavy-gauge fabrication as well as part and component assembly services, eliminating the costs of utilizing multiple vendor sources.

CAD services

Midwest Metal Fabrication operates two multiple, state-of-the-art, CAD programs, operated by Mechanical Engineers, personnel skilled in drafting, and experienced CAD operators, providing design and engineering services not offered by many heavy gauge metal fabricators.

Design assistance

Midwest Metal Fabrication provides design assistance services including engineering, stress analysis, computer modeling, design modification, and assembly of fabrication show drawings and instructions, providing complete turnkey heavy-gauge fabrication services coupled with design, engineering, and prototyping services under one roof.

Designing prototypes

We offer our design team’s experience and expertise developing prototypes, leveraging our customers’ available design resources, reducing their design costs.

Expediting

Warehousing

Midwest Metal Fabrication offers our customers the ability to warehouse their finished parts or components in either heated and dry inside storage or outside storage, allowing customers to ensure their fabricated parts or components are subject to costly deterioration or rusting.
