Air gun spraying overviewMidwest Metal Fabrication uses full cone, hollow cone, and flat nozzles depending on the shape of the workpiece to be painted and the required paint consistency. We utilize air gun spraying to apply water-based, rust retardant primer, weldable primer, and customer specified finish coats such as hazard yellow. Maximum workpiece sizeMidwest Metal Fabrication’s spray booths can accommodate components from 13" L x 6” W x 13" H to parts as large as 25’ L x 35’ W x 10’ H! Booth size and type(s)Midwest Metal Fabrication has 3 fully enclosed spray booths. Our largest booth is 25’ L x 35’ W x 10’ H. These booths are configured as down draft booths and use dry filtration to isolate and control overspray in the booth atmosphere. Other complementary servicesIn addition to painting or coating a workpiece, Midwest Metal Fabrication can stencil customers’ product information, company information, part numbers, or other required information directly onto larger components and onto the packaging of smaller components. We can clean the metal before coating.
